Resort Policies
Check Out/In: Check out time is 11:00 AM. Check in time is 4:00 PM
Vehicles : All vehicles must register at Office. Please observe the 5 km hr . limit and keep the operation Of your vehicle to a minimum.
Quiet Policy: Please respect your neighbors. No loud noise (Radios and Stereos included) between 10:00 PM and 7 AM. The use of any automotive sound equipment is strictly forbidden.
Security Gate : Opens at 8:00 AM & closes at 9:00 PM. Please have guests leaving or arriving after hours, park outside the gate area where there is sufficient parking.
ATV’S, Motorbikes: To be used at lowest speed (idle) for entering and leaving the property only. Not for use within the camp except by special permission.
Boats : Are to be used for fishing and sightseeing. Their use for swimming, speeding or as water toys is forbidden.
Docks : There is no lifeguard on duty. The docks are to be used for boat launching only & children must be accompanied by an adult & be wearing a lifejacket while on the docks. Fishing and swimming from the docks is forbidden.
Children: Are to be supervised at all times.
Campfires: It is your responsibility to extinguish your campfire before retiring for the night. Fire pits must remain in the allocated spot. Each campsite has a fire pit. Cabins and Cottages in most cases have one that is shared. Firewood can be purchased from the store. Wood supplied to the Cabins or Cottages is to be used only in the wood burning stoves.
Pets: Must be kept on a leash at all times. Please control their barking and do not leave them unattended for long periods of time.
Shower Facilities: Please, no washing dishes or clothing in the showers. Water conservation should be practiced at all times. An adult should accompany children, and Please, no dogs in the Shower House.
Smoking: All accommodations are “non-smoking”
Violations: Should they occur, contact Management for their attendance to the issue.
Penalties: May include eviction and cancellation with loss recuperation at the sole discretion of Management.
Warning: Dee Lake Resort Ltd. will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of articles of any kind. Use all facilities at your own risk.
Courtesy: Respect the rights & privacy of others, do not walk or cut through their sites. Treat tables, signs & all other facilities as if they were your own. Place trash in receptacles and leave your accommodation the way you would like to find it.
